The Egyptian government has made the decision to move government ministries, parliament, and civic institutions to administrative capital with an aim to alleviate greater Cairo, increasing densification and establish a new growth hub for future generations.
The building is located on area of 27000 m2 and consists of 2 basement of 4m height for each unit + ground floor height of 6 meters + 9 floors height of 4 meters for the floor and the surface of the building 8000 m2.
Al Adawy contributed to the exterior fit-out products, with function and innovation architectural solutions.
